热疗诱导颌面部鳞癌细胞凋亡与Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨热疗诱导颌面部鳞癌细胞凋亡与Bcl- 2和Bax蛋白表达间的关系。方法 :选择 12例颌面部鳞状细胞癌患者 ,4 3℃ 4 0min微波热疗后手术切除肿瘤组织 ,采用TUNEL原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡 ,SP免疫组化染色法检测Bcl- 2和Bax蛋白表达。结果 :治疗后颌面部鳞癌凋亡细胞数量明显增多 ,Bcl- 2基因蛋白表达明显降低 ,Bax基因蛋白表达明显升高。结论 :热疗通过下调Bcl- 2基因蛋白表达。 Objective:To study the relationship between apoptosis induced by hyperthermia and the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in maxillofacial squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:Twelve patients with maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma were treated with microwave hyperthermia at 43 ℃ for 40 min.Then the carcinoma tissues were removed with surgical operations.TUNEL method was used to determine the apoptosis of carcinoma cell and SP immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins.Results:The quantity of apoptotic cells was increased obviously. The expression of Bcl-2 protein was down-regulated and the expression of Bax protein was up-regulated.Conclusions:Apoptosis induced by hyperthermia in maxillofacial squamous cell carcinomas through down-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 protein and up-regulating the expression of Bax protein.
