AngleⅡ类Ⅱ分类患者的修复治疗及疗效

Prosthetic Treatment and its Effect of Pativents of Angle Class Ⅱ and its Second Class.

目的 :通过对AngleⅡ类Ⅱ分类患者的修复治疗 ,改善咬合关系 ,恢复咬合功能 ,阻止牙牙合进一步前倾的目的。方法 :将舌倾的前牙做适当的治疗 ,然后做成烤瓷牙以恢复牙弓形态和接近正常的咬牙合关系 ,对于后牙磨耗严重且正中牙合间距离过短的患者 ,可适当升高垂直距离。结果 :修复治疗 4 2例 ,经过 12～ 36个月的跟踪检查和观察 ,其功能改善的满意率达 91% ,有效率达 10 0 % ,而其症状改善、牙弓稳定情况、美观方面等的满意度均达 10 0 %。结论 :对AngleⅡ类Ⅱ分类患者的修复治疗 ,方法是正确的 。

Objective:To improve biting, restore occlusal function,prevent further forward inclination of the teeth,restorative treatment was used to treat the patients of Angle Class Ⅱ and second class.Methods:Appropriate orthodontic treatment was applied to the patients who have lingual inclination teeth,then porcelain-fused-to-metal crown were used to restore arch form and approaching normal biting.As the patients who have severe posterior abrasion and have over narrow distance of central occlusion,a proper increase of vertical dimension was recommended.Results:According to the following-up examinations and observations involving 42 cases who received restorative treatment,its satisfactory rate of functional improvendrt reached 91 percent,effective rate added up to 100 pereent.Conclusions:Prosthetic treatment was proven to be appropriate and effective to the patients of Angle Class Ⅱ and second class.
