摘要
采用BaCl2 TiCl4 NaOH系统,通过水热反应合成了高纯钛酸钡粉体,提出了以[NaOH]/[TiCl4]作为衡量反应体系碱度的标准,通过精确测量pH值,在[NaOH]/[TiCl4]=10,Ba/Ti=3.0,240℃反应6h制得高纯的钛酸钡粉体,经检验没有碳酸钡杂质,本文讨论了溶液pH值对水热法合成钛酸钡粉体物相组成及颗粒度的影响。
High purity barium titanate powder without barium carbonate was prepared by hydrothermal method at 240℃,in 6 hours, using BaCl_2·2H_2O and TiCl_4·NaOH was a mineralizer and the ratio between Ba^2+ and Ti^4+ is 3.0 for the process. It is reasonable that [NaOH]/[TiCl_4] should be a measure of acidity and alkalinity of reaction system but not [NaOH]. Effects of pH value on barium titanate powder quality were discussed.
