摘要
以α,ω 二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(WS 62M)和N β 氨乙基 γ 氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SG Si900)为原料,胺为催化剂,通过酯交换反应合成了适用于织物柔软剂的反应性氨基硅油。选择OP 4和OP 10为乳化剂,乙二醇单丁醚为助乳化剂,制得透明的反应性氨基硅油微乳液,最佳乳化工艺:m(OP 10)∶m(OP 4)=13∶1,复合乳化剂用量为25%~30%(相对于氨基硅油的质量),乙二醇单丁醚最佳用量为15%左右(相对于氨基硅油的质量),反应性氨基硅油的含量为20%~40%,乳液的pH值为4~6。
Using α,ω - dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane(WS-62M) and N- β -aminoethyl- γ -aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane(SG-Si900)as starting materials and amine as catalyst, reactive amino-silicon oil was synthesized suitable for fabric softener by ester-interchange reaction. The transparent microemulsion of reactive amino-silicon oil was prepared by choosing OP-4 and OP-10 as emulsifying agents, and ethylene glycol butyl ether as auxiliary emulsifying agent. The optimum emulsifying conditions were m (OP-10)∶ m (OP-4)=13∶1,25%~30% complex emulsifying agent(relative to the mass of reactive amino-silicon oil), 15% ethylene glycol butyl ether(relative to the mass of reactive amino-silicon oil), 20%~40% reactive amino-silicon oil and pH=4~6.
