毛泽东的对外开放思想,由同外国人做生意发展到引进外资、兴办企业,最后归结为一句话,向外国学习;由于美国为首的帝国主义国家对新中国的封锁、禁运、包围,由于60年代初中苏关系的破裂,更由于毛泽东晚年犯了严重的"左"的错误,致使毛泽东的对外开放思想未能付诸实施。
