腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术48例分析

Classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy analysis of 48 cases

目的 :通过对 4 8例腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术 (CISH)的术式分析 ,探讨该术式的优点及临床运用价值。方法 :2 0 0 0年 10月至 2 0 0 3年 3月 ,我院对 194例患者行子宫切除术 ,其中 4 8例采用腹腔镜CISH ,14 6例采用经腹筋膜内子宫切除术。结果 :腹腔镜CISH组平均手术时间 112min(70～ 185min) ,平均出血量16 5ml(30～ 30 0ml) ,平均住院日 8～ 10d。结论 :腹腔镜CISH手术时间虽较经腹筋膜内子宫切除术长 ,但出血量少 ,术后下床及通气 ,进食时间早 ,平均住院日均较经腹筋膜内子宫切除术少。

Objective:To observe the effects of 48 cases of classical intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH),In order to determine the advantage and worth of CISH,Methods:From October,2000 to March,2003,We had performed 194 cases of hysteretomy,48 cases were operated by CISH,146 cases were operated by intrafascial total hysterectomy,Results:The average operative time of CISH was 112 min(70-185min),the average blood loss was 165ml(30-300ml).Conclusions:Although the operative time of CISH is longer than the operative time of intrafascial hysterectomy,CISH has less blood loss,short time of recovery of bowel function,and no complication.
