腔镜下甲状腺切除6例报告

A report of six cases on endoscopic thyroidectomy path sternum

目的 :评价腔镜甲状腺切除术的优越性。方法 :采用胸骨前径路行腔镜甲状腺切除术 6例。结果 :6例均顺利完成手术 ,无 1转中转开刀 ,并发症少 ,术后患者满意。结论 :腔镜下甲状腺切除术具有美容、并发症少等优点。

Objective:To evaluate the advantage of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:Six cases with cervical cyst were treated endoscopic thyroidectomy in the path before sternum.Results:Six cases had been operated successfully.The complications were few.All cases were satisfied with the cosmetic results of the procedures.Conclusions:Endoscopic thyroidectomy may become the procedure of choice for the surgical treatment of carefully selected patients with thyroid disease.
