腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的纱布压迫止血法

Hemostasis by gauze pressing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的 :探讨在腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)中纱布压迫止血法的有效性。方法 :回顾分析LC术中 4 7例发生创面严重渗血、胆囊床出血、胆囊三角出血时用纱布压迫止血的效果。结果 :纱布压迫 5～ 2 0min均止血成功 ,无中转开腹。除 1例外 ,术中平均失血量仅 90ml,术后均恢复平稳 ,无再出血。结论 :纱布压迫止血法在无法采用钛夹夹闭血管时 ,止血安全且迅速有效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of hemostasis by gauze pressing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Hemostasis with gauze pressing used in 47 cases was analyzed retrospectively.The hemorrhagic complications originated from severe blooding,liver injury and calot triangle dissection.Results:Bleeding stopped after 5min to 20min's pressing.No case was converted to open operation.The mean blood loss was only 90ml.All patients recovered uneventfully.No postoperative hemorrhage occurred.Conclusions:The usage of gauze pressing is a safe,effective and fast hemostatic method in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
