摘要
面对高校开放办学的新形势 ,高校校报的改革要解放思想、转变观念 ,加快网络化建设 。
Facing the new situation of the open policy for running schools,the campus newspapers must be reformed esp.in the aspects of changing their ideas,quickening its network construction,improving itself quality and so on.
