摘要
国际经济组织法是一个独立的法的部门 ,其价值目标包括秩序、效率和公平 ,其基本原则包括国家主权与国际合作兼顾原则、效率优先兼顾公平原则等。博弈论是国际经济组织法的重要理论基础。
The law of the international economic organizations is an independent branch of legal system,Games theory is its major theory foundation.Its value objectives include order,efficiency and just.Its basic principles include giving consideration to both national sovereignty and international cooperation,to efficiency and just and so on.Its internal law has special content system.
