The emergence of the important thought of 'the Three Represents' points out the way towards the (construction) of the modernization of contemporary political culture of China, which, based on the development of social productive forces, takes building advanced political culture of Chinese characteristic socialism as the essence,aiming at all-round development of being geared to the needs of people .
