党的十六大报告提出:执政党要依法执政。这是历史性的选择,反映了历史与现实的必然性。依法执政是社会主义政党政治现代化的内在需求,是我党50多年执政经验的科学总结,也是社会主义政治文明建设的关键。
: It was put forward in the Sixteen Party Congress that a ruling Party must be in power by law, which , being a historical choice, reflected the necessity of history and reality. Being in power by law is an inherent demand for the modern socialist Party to achieve political modernization, and a scientific summary of the Party's experience for over 50 years as well as decisive importance for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization .
