Non-rational factors have positive values and functions when it comes to leaders' decisions. Although any decisions are based on certain values, people's judgement on values always remains non-rational. Not being a logic machine without any emotions, a fine decision-maker should control his feelings instead of getting rid of it. In a lot of complicated information, certain intuition, which is a main resource of creative thinking, will offer some (suggestion) to the decision-maker and help to go in a right direction to rationality.Obviously it is helpful for leaders' art of decision-making to understand the significance and function of non-rational factors in the leaders' decisions and to seek a balance between rationality and non-rationality.
