摘要
教育心理环境及其教育者应有的自觉意识与变革行动是高校教育工作者关注的很现实又很重要的课题。本文从实证出发阐明了教育心理环境的涵义及其对教与学的潜在影响力 ,并指出逐步在高校人事管理中引入一些现代人力资源管理理念、理论与方法是优化学校教育心理环境的举措之一 ,期望强调一种理念的更新 ,强调对人才的关怀。
Psychological education circumstances, and psychological consciousness and revolutionary acts of educators-these are important issues in the reality concerning higher educators. The paper elucidates the connotations of psychological education circumstances and its influence on teaching and study. Furthermore, it points out that the gradual introduction of modern management of human resources into the personnel administration is a step to optimize the psychological circumstances in school. We expect an innovation in conceptual to show respect for the able.
