摘要
当前高校教师管理存在偏重理性的倾向并由此带来种种弊端 ,应提倡人本管理的思想 ,确立以师为本、以情为主、注重人文关怀的人本化教师管理模式 ,从而激发和调动广大高校教师对教育教学和科研工作的积极性、主动性和创造性 。
College faculty administration lays particular stress on rationality which brings about various maladies. Rather, human-oriented administration should be advocated, featuring in teacher-rooted, emotion-motivated and human solitude administration models, which are believed to stimulate mass initiative and creativity in teaching and doing researches, so as to advance teaching and researches in colleges and universities.
