The Renewal of Traditional Industrial Regions in the View of the Sustainable Resources

社会经济的迅速发展以及产业结构的不断调整 ,导致传统产业中的大量企业破产 ,城市传统产业区成为城市更新的新的重要组成部分。今天可持续发展已经成为国家的发展战略之一。因此 ,应从可持续发展的角度来认识城市规划中的“传统产业区更新”。文章通过对传统资源观与可持续发展的资源理念进行比较分析 ,以及对国内外相关实例的分析、借鉴 ,结合陕西钢厂的实例 ,提出传统产业更新区中的资源再利用、循环利用的概念 。

Because social economy is growing rapidly and industry construction is continually being adjusted, many enterprises like Shan’xi Steel have gone bankruptcy. Then many traditional urban industrial regions have been playing a leading role in urban renewal. At present, sustainable development becomes one of the state strategies. Therefore, we should view traditional industrial region renewal from the aspect of the sustainable development. The author had a contrastive study of natural resources and sustainable resources, and a case study especially of Shan’xi Steel. Then, the concept of resources reuse in traditional industrial regions was proposed, and several corresponding measures were suggested.
