摘要
跨国公司在进行全球经营的过程中 ,势必面临不同文化的冲击 ,对其内部进行有效的文化管理 ,关系着其运营的成败。在进行管理的过程中 ,要分析员工的不同文化背景及由此产生的个性特点 。
The multinational corporation is a special organization in global economy. It must face the conflicts of different cultures in the world. To manage the conflicts determines the success of multinational corporation. So we should analyze the different cultures of employees and the different characteristics they may have. Then it will be helpful for us to take different management styles.
