摘要
老年弱势化问题凸现是产业革命后,工业化、城市化对于传统保障的破坏和法律自身缺陷等诸多因素综合作用的结果,因此探求老年弱势群体的法律救助路径具有重大的现实意义。中国老年弱势群体的法律救济应该走一条立足中国国情,借鉴各国法律成果,力除法律障碍性因素的统一法制之路。
The weakening problem of the aged resulted from many factors which includes the inactive effect of market economy after industrial revolution, the traditional safeguards being damaged by industrialization and urbanization, the unreasonable structure of law itself, and so on. Therefore, researching legal relief ways of the aged has great social effect. The legal relief to the aged group of weakening in China should instruct an uniform legal system, based on Chinese situation, learned from legal achievement all over the world and removed obstruct factors.
