在当代中国,加强人力资本产权研究,从理论上明晰人力资本产权概念、特征、人力资本产权与企业所有权关系对提高人力资本效率、经济体制改革与经济持续发展等具有重要意义。
In contemporary China, to strengthen the research on property rights of human capital, to clarify the concept and characteristic on the property rights of human capital, and to understand the relation between property rights of human capital and corporation ownership, are all important to the improvement of human capital efficiency, the reformation of economy regime and the sustainable economy development.
