摘要
介绍了特殊类型含硼金刚石的合成技术与特性。讨论了掺杂物含硼原料、合成工艺、实验条件对金刚石晶体生长的规律、性能和质量的影响 ,以及含硼金刚石合成机理和硼在合成中的作用。指出了进一步提高特殊类型含硼金刚石质量的方法与途径。
The characterisitics of special boron-bearing diamond and its synthesis technology is introduced.The influence of boron-containing row materials,synthetic process and experiment conditions on diamond crystal growth,performance property and qualily,as well as synthesis mechanism of boron-bearing diamond and The function of baron in synthesizing is discussed.Ways to further improve special boron bearing diamond are pointed out.
