促肝细胞生长素治疗肝硬化临床研究

Clinical Research on Therapeutic Effects of Hepatocyte Grouth-Promotiry Poulors on Liver Cirrhosis

目的 :探讨促肝细胞生长素 (HGF)对肝硬化的治疗作用。方法 :采用促肝细胞生长素静脉滴注治疗肝硬化16 8例 ,10 0 mg/d,30日为 1个疗程。对照组 80例 ,予常规治疗。结果 :经 1个疗程后 ,治疗组在胆红素降低、白蛋白增加、凝血酶原时间缩短、腹水及并发症发生率 ,均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :促肝细胞生长素治疗肝硬化 ,可阻止或延缓肝硬化发展 ,延长病人寿命 。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Hepatocyte Growth-promotting Factors on liver cirrhosis.Methods: He-patocyte Growth-promotting Factors were administrated by intravenous drip in dosage of 100 mg per day for 30 days to 168 patients with liver cirrhosis. Other 80 control cases were given regular therapy. Results: At the end of first therapeutic course with Hepatocyte Growth-promotting Factors, therapeutic group was found to be superion to the cotrol group in reducing SB. incrasing albumin,shortening prothrobin time as well as the incidence in ascites and complications(P<0 05). Conclusion: Treating liver cirrhosis by Hepatocyte Growth-promotting Factors can prevent or postpone the development of liver cnrhosis and prolong the patients' lives,and improve the quality of their lives.
