摘要
口服头孢菌素除具有抗菌谱广、抗菌活性较强、血药浓度较高等特点外 ,还有价格便宜、使用方便、利于门诊患者的治疗等优点 ,在全世界得到广泛应用。本文综述了上世纪 90年代以来 ,上市的口服头孢菌素的抗菌活性、药物动力学。
S The characteristics of orel cephalosporins include broad antimicrobial spectrum,strong antibaclerial activity,high plasma drug concentration and so on,besides it also has such advantages as cheapness,Convenience and being benefcial for out patients theraphy.This paper reviewed the advances in studies on antibacterial activity,pharmacokinetic and clinical use of some novel oral cephalosporins from 1990′s.
