腹腔镜手术治疗精索静脉曲张(附25例报告)

Treatment of varicocele by laparoscopy (report of 25 coses)

目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的方法和临床价值。方法 Doppler超声证实有精索静脉返流。采取腹腔镜高位结扎精索静脉的治疗方法。结果 手术均获成功,平均时间20 min,无术后并发症发生。平均住院3d。随访4～6月无复发。结论 腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张损伤小,恢复快,住院时间短、复发率低,疗效可靠,可同时处理双侧精索静脉曲张。

Objective To investigate the technique and clinic value of laparoscopy in treatment of varicocele. Methods Each patient was proved vena spermatica reflux by Doppler ultrasound pre-opera-tion. In the operation,we use 3 trocar for manipulation, incise the peritoneum in T shape along the spermatic cord, incacerate the vena spermatica by Ti clamp. Results All operations were succeed. The mean operative time was 20 min,mean hospital time for 3d. No complication happened. Being followed for 4 - 6month,no recurrence. Conclusion Laporascopic is a good choice for treatment of varicocele,especially for biliteral paritent. It is effective and mini-invasive, has short hospital time and low recurrence rate.
