水蛭粉与煎剂对老龄自发性高血压大鼠血压血脂及血流动力学的影响

Effect of Leech on Blood Pressure Blood Lipid and Hemorrheology of Old Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat

目的 观察水蛭粉及煎剂对老龄自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血压、血脂及血流动力学的影响。方法 将 18只SHR随机分为SHR组、水蛭粉组 (粉剂 )及水蛭液组 (煎剂 ) ,并与Wistar大鼠作对比 ,首次给药前、后 12h内观测各组血压变化 ,连续给药7d后 ,处死各组大鼠取血检测各指标。结果 老龄SHR血脂、血流动力学指标显著高于健康老龄Wistar大鼠 ,给予水蛭粉与水煎剂后均有明显下降 ,水煎剂与粉剂效果近似。急性降压实验显示 ,灌服水蛭粉与水煎剂后 1h血压即见下降 ,3～ 9h时下降幅度较大 ,水蛭煎剂降压起效时间早于粉剂。结论 老龄SHR大鼠血脂、血流动力学指标显著高于健康老龄Wistar大鼠 ,水蛭有降低老龄SHR大鼠血压、血脂及改善血流变作用 ,其煎剂降压起效时间早于粉剂 ,水蛭的降血压作用可能与其降脂、改善血流动力学、从而降低外周阻力的作用有关。

Aim To investigate the effects of powder,decoction Leech on blood pressure,blood lipid and hemorrheology of old spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR).Methods The eighteen SHR were divided randomly into 3 groups and were compared with Wistar rat.The changes of blood pressure were investigated before and after administration 1,3,5,7,9,12h.After giving drug continously for 7 days,the rats were killed and the blood were collected for parameters testing.Results The levels of blood pressure,blood lipid and hemorrheology of SHR were higher than those of old Wistar rat.After treating with leech,those levels were decreased significantly.There were no significant difference between powder and decoction leech.Acute decreasing blood pressure experiment indicated that blood pressure began to decrease an hour late.The level of decreasing was the highest during three to nine hours after administration.The decoction leech began to affect the parameters earlier than powder.Conclusion The level of blood lipid and hemorrheology with SHR was higher than those old Wister rat.Leech could decrease blood pressure,blood lipid of SHR and improve hemorrheology.
