摘要
目的 研究巴戟天寡糖 (MOO)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 采用脾细胞增殖反应及抗体生成反应等免疫学方法。结果 MOO 2 5、5 0mg·kg-1可使小鼠脾细胞增殖反应明显增强 ,使小鼠脾细胞抗体形成细胞数目明显增加 ;体外应用 ,在 2 5~2 0 0 μg·ml-1对脾细胞增殖反应和PP结细胞增殖反应无明显促进作用。结论 MOO对小鼠免疫功能具有增强作用 ,其对免疫功能的增强作用的机理有待于进一步研究。
Aim To study the immunopotentiating effect of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharides(MOO) in mice.Methods Lymphocyte proliferation and antibody production response were employed to evaluate the effect of MOO on the immune response.Results Oral administration of MOO 25,50mg·kg -1 significantly promoted splenocyte proliferation and antibody production response.MOO 25~200μg·ml -1 had no effect on splenocyte proliferation and Peyer's patches cells proliferation in vitro.Conclusion MOO could potentiate the immuneological function in mice,but the immunopotentiating effect of MOO are not achieved by a direct potentiating effect on immunocompetent cells.
