遍地金提取物抗抑郁作用的实验研究

Evaluating Antidepressant Activity of Hypericum Wightianum Extract by the Tail Suspension Test

目的 评价遍地金提取物抗抑郁活性。方法 采用小鼠悬尾实验 ,通过记录 5min内小鼠累计不动时间 ,比较给药组与生理氯化钠溶液组对抗小鼠抑郁状态的作用。结果 遍地金组的不动时间与生理氯化钠溶液组比较有统计学意义。结论 Balb/c♂小鼠对悬尾引起的不动行为无耐受性。金丝桃植物遍地金提取物在小鼠悬尾试验中显示抗抑郁活性。

Aim To study antidepressant activity of Hypericum wightianum extract.Methods The tail suspension test was been adopted.The antidepressant activities were evaluated by comparing the immobility time in 5 minutes between the test group and control group.Results The test data between the two groups had statistic significance.Conclusion Balb/c male mice have no tolerance to immobility state caused by hanging tail and can be used successfully for the tail suspension test to evaluate antidepressant activity.Hypericum wightianum extracts shows antidepressant activity in this test.
