骨松康合剂防治骨质疏松的实验研究

Experiment Study on Gusongkang Mixture for the Prevention and Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的 :研究骨松康合剂对骨质疏松的防治作用。方法 :选择维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松模型及卵巢切除致大鼠骨质疏松模型 ,观察骨松康合剂的药理作用。结果 :与模型组比较 ,骨松康合剂明显增加大鼠股骨骨密度、骨近端骨小梁密度和宽度。结论

Objective:To study the efficacy of improving osteoporosis treated with Gusongkang Mixture.Methods:The osteoporosis models were induced by retinoic acid and ovariectomy in rats.The efficacy of Gusongkang Mixture were observed. Results:Compared with the retinoic acid group and ovariectomized group Gusongkang Mixture enhanced the bone density (BMD) of femur, the density and length of bone trabecula in rats. Conclusion:Gusongkang Mixture could improve the osteoporosises caused by retinoic acid and estrogen deficiency.
