摘要
本文研究了钢轨轨头处轮轨接触应力、轨头塑性流动的稳定半径及接触亚表面的疲劳源。运用断裂力学理论,探讨轨头内裂纹萌生与扩展规律.从而提出减缓接触疲劳伤损的根本出路在于提高轨钢的材质。提高轨钢接触疲劳强度是重载运输的技术关键。
Through studying the wheel-rail contact stresses, the stable radii of railhead plastic flow and the fatigue source in subsurface,we make an approach to the laws of formation and growth of railhead transverse cracks by using the theory of Fracture Mechanics, and thereby conclude that the improvement of the quality of rail steel is the cardinal way of reducing contact fatigue defects and that the technical crux of heavy haul transportation lies in the enhancing of the fatigue strength of rail steel.
