By using the method of documentary and investigation,this paper studies the mobility and market of our sports talent,explains the scope,form and feature of this mobility,points out that market of our sports talent belongs to quasi-employment market.Therefore,some suggestions are put forwarded in this paper:Identify the title to capital from sports talent.Perfect the operation mechanism of market.Improve the supervision and training of market agency.Develop and build markets internet.Strengthen the construction of market environment.Enhance governmental macro-control.Establish the market system of sports talent.
