摘要
原客车15号车钩一直沿用ZG230-450普通碳素铸钢生产,其强度低,不能满足扩编要求。为适应旅客列车扩编到20辆至25辆及高速列车等新型客车发展的需要,研制了一种高强度低合金ZG15H型客车车钩,其静拉破坏强度达到2300kN以上。本文总结了该车钩研制过程中解决的主要技术问题。
The former No. 15 coach coupler was made of ZG230-450 common carbon casting steel. With its low strength, it can not meet the needs of extending the train formation. In order to extend the train formation to 20-25 coaches and to develop high speed coaches and other types of cars, we have made proper revision on the design of the No. 15 coupler and developed the new type ZG15H coach coupler of low alloy casting steel, the static drawing breakdown strength of which exceeds 2300kN. This paper is an introduction to the main technical problems in the development of the coupler.
