在建立产品装配模型的基础上 ,给出了自顶向下的装配设计系统开发程序 ,并通过设定主控零件 ,简化装配关系 ,协调各设计子系统之间冲突 ,从而增强了系统的集成度 ,支持了产品从概念设计到详细设计。

On the basis of building product assembly model,the paper put forward exploitation procedure of a top down assembly design system,and simplified assembly relations,harmonized collisions among the subsystems via defining main controlling part,the method reinforced the integration of system and supported the whole process of the product design from conceptual to detail design.
