一种定量评价铁路信号技术进步经济效益的方法

A METHOD FOR THE QUANTITATIVE EVALUA TION OF THE ECONOMIC BENEFITS OF RAILWAY SIGNALLING TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES

本文借鉴“等效长度”的概念,结合我国实际,搜集有关数据,经分析研究后,提出一种定量评价铁路信号技术进步经济效益的算法,并计算出各五年计划期间铁路信号技术进步在提高运输能力方面的贡献比例。

On the basis of analysing a vast amount of data that reflect the realities of railways in China,using the concept of 'equivalent length' for referenced we put forward a method of evaluating quantitatively the economic benefits resulting from technological advances in railway signalling, and thereby calculate the proportion of contribution to the increment of transport capacity shared by the technological advances in railway signalling during every five-year plan.
