高性能碳素车轮的研制

摘要 高性能碳素车轮采用了钢包内喷吹Si-Ca粉脱氧等炉外精炼和间歇淬火热处理等新工艺。试验结果表明,车轮钢中的夹杂物数量明显降低,车轮的综合机械性能、耐磨性和断裂力学性能等都有较大提高。 This paper is an analysis of the results of tests on the new developed high property carbon wheel, which has been manufactured with new technologies such as desoxidation by jetting Si-Ca powder in the ladle and the interrupted quench-hod treatment. The analysis indicates that the inclusions in wheel steel are ruduced, and the comprehensive mechanical property, wear resistance and fracture mechanical property improved by the adoption of the new technologies.
