摘要
研究了用高频电阻加热轧制钢 铝复合带的方法。用光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了退火温度和退火时间对界面组织及扩散的影响。用线扫描等手段论证了界面处没有金属间化合物FeAl3和Fe2 Al3生成。根据研究结果制订了退火制度。通过检验钢 铝复合带性能 。
This paper studies the technology to produce steel/Al strip by high-frequency resistance heating rolling.The effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on the interface morphology and diffusion were researched by optical microscope and scanning microscope.We use line scanning to certify that there is no intermetallics FeAl 3 and Fe 2Al 3 at the interface.And we have established the annealing parameters for the process.According to the properties of the steel/Al strip,it seems that the technology will have a very wide application prospects.
