病毒颗粒中氢氘置换的证实 被引量:1

摘要 已知重水(D2O)能增加某些病毒的热稳定性,但其机理不清.用基质辅助气体同位素质谱法,研究了日本乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)和甲型肝炎病毒(hepatitis A virus,HAV)用D2O处理后,测定病毒及其RNA结构中的氘氢比值(D/H),以δDSMOW表示.结果说明,与正常病毒相比,上述D2O处理后的病毒样品中国δDSMOW值明显升高,其升高值与病毒样品的加入量呈良好的线性关系.实验还指出,D2O处理后的病毒国δDSMOW值的升高与其热稳定性的升高是相关联的.实验结果证明,D2O处理导致病毒及其RNA结构中发生氢氘置换,氢氘置换可导致病毒生物学性状(热稳定性增加)的表型改变.
