血透患者血清LPO SOD VitE的变化及其临床意义的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 观察22例尿毒症血液透析害者血清过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)和维生素E(VE)值的变化,并与正常对照组比较。结果表明,透析前后血清LPO明显增高,P<0.001及P<0.01;血清SOD活性和VE含量均降低,P<0.001;透析前后比较LPO降低明显.P<0.001。反映了尿毒症患者体内脂质过氧化反应的增强及对组织细胞的损伤、氧自由基(OFR)产生和清除平衡的破坏,证实血液透析对改善OFR所致机体损伤有一定的意义。 Alterations of serum lipid peroxidation (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD)and vitamin E(VE.)in 22uremic patients before and after bemodialysis were observed and compared with the normal controls.Serum LPO elevated in samples of pre and post-dialysis, as compared with the normal controls the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001 and P<0.01).Both serum SOD activity and VE content significantly reduced (P<0.001).Comparisons between LPO of pre and post-dialysis showed that the latter was markedly decreased, indicating that there were enhancement of lipid peroxidation reaction, injury of histocyte and disturbance of equilibrium between production and elimination of oxygen free radical in uremic patients. It revealed that hemodialysis plays an important role in improving organic damage induced by oxygen free radical.
