摘要
失业作为社会化大生产和市场经济的必然产物 ,是一柄效率与灾难的双刃剑 ,但从总体上看 ,其负效应更为明显 ,已引起全社会的共同关注。对失业现象有一个正确的认识和定位 ,并采取相应的对策 ,可以扬长避短 ,兴利除弊。
Unemployment, as the necessary outcome of large-scale socialized production and the market economy, is a double-blade sword leading to efficiency and disaster. But generally speaking, the negative effect is more remarkable and has attracted the attention of the whole society. A correct understanding and estimation of it and relevant counter-measures are necessary for promoting the positive effect and removing the negative effect.
