摘要
文章从网络环境下读者服务方式变化入手,根据读者信息需求的特点,提出图书馆开展读者网络服务的一些新举措。
Starting with service fashion to readers under network environment and based on the characteristic of information, requirement for readers,Some new measures are mentioned to better service.
