Practice of MBO in Non-State-Own Enterprises

自四通集团实行MBO以来,管理层收购在我国进入了高速发展时期,众多公司实施了管理层收购,还有更多的公司正在进行和准备进行管理层收购。但是管理层收购目前在我国还属于新生事物,面临着许多问题,这直接影响着管理层收购在我国的发展。本文分析了目前在民营企业实施管理层收购当中面临的问题,并根据目前的政治经济形势,提出了一些对策和建议。

MBO has been advancing at an accelerated speed in China as soon as the Stone Group practiced MBO. Many companies have successfully finished MBO, while the other more are progressing as while as planning to do it. However, MBO is newly born,and it has many difficulties and problems to confront. We should overcome the above-mentioned difficulties and prompt MBO. The article focuses on the problems with what the Non-State-Own Enterprises confronted in practicing MBO, and according to the current situation of politics and economy, puts forward the proposals and suggestions.
