摘要 目的 观察 1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵 (康星杀蟑胶饵 )的杀灭蜚蠊效果。方法 采用 6个昆虫饲养缸 ,另设 1个空白对照缸 ,1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵为试验药物 ,2 .15 %伏蚁腙凝胶 (猛力灭蟑凝胶 )为对照药物 ,每种药物 3个缸 ,每个缸内放入 4个纸造三角形小屋 ,其中的 3个小屋涂上药物两点 ,每点 3 0mg,共计 6个点 180mg,另一小屋不投药 ,每缸放入德国小蠊 2 0只 ,进行药效试验。结果 施药后的 12、2 4、48、72h ,1%氟虫胺杀蟑胶饵的击倒率分别为 71.7%、98.3 %、98.3 %及 10 0 .0 % ,杀灭率分别为 0、83 .3 %、98.3 %和 10 0 .0 % ;2 .15 %伏蚁腙凝胶的击倒率分别为 0、0、2 6.7%和91.7% ,1~ 72h的杀灭率均为 0。结论 康星杀蟑胶饵为一种引诱力强、击倒快、致死率高的灭蟑凝胶品种 ,其使用方法简便 ,施药量小、无异味 ,可推广应用。 Objective To observe the control efficacy of 1% Sulfluramid Roach Gel Bait (Kang Xing Gel Bait) against Blattella germanica. Methods The method used involved six insect feeding cubicles and one controlled cubicle for comparison. 1% Sulfluramid Gel Bait was used as testing chemical and 2.15% Hydramethylnon Bait Gel (Maxforce Insect Control Roach Killer Bait Gel) was used as comparison chemical. Each chemical was used in each set of three feeding cubicles. Four triangular paper shelters were placed in each cubicle. Two drops of gel were placed in each shelter, each drop weighted 30 mg and total of six drops weighted 180 mg were used. One controlled shelter was left untreated. Twenty Blattella germanica were placed in each tank for control efficacy testing. Results The knock down rate for 1% Sulfluramid Gel Bait after the application in 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h was 71.7%, 98.3%, 98.3% and 100.0% respectively, the killing rate was 0, 83.3%, 98.3% and 100.0% respectively. The knock down rate for 2.15% Hydramethylnon Bait Gel in 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h was 0, 0, 26.7% and 91.7% respectively, the killing rate was 0. Conclusion The Kang Xing Gel Bait is a highly attractive, fast knock down and high killing rate roach gel bait; the application is simple, it requires little dosage and not smelly and should be recommended for use.
