Ⅱ型糖尿病微血管病变患者血清TXB_2 6K-PGF_(1α) LPO含量变化及意义

Changes in Levels of Serum TXB_2,6K-PGF_(1α) and LPO and Their Clinical Significance in NIDDM Patients with Microangiopathy

摘要 采用RIA、TBA荧光法分别测定了64例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血清TXB2、6K—PGF_(1α)及LPO含量,并与30名健康人比较。结果证实,糖尿病组血清TXB_2、LPO含量升高,6K-PGF_(1α)含量降低,TXB_2/6K-PGF_(1α)比值升高。以上变化以微血管病变组最为显著,其血清LPO含量与TXB_2呈正相关;与6K-PGF_(1α)呈负相关。TXB_2/6K-PGF_(1α)比值升高与糖脂代谢异常、血清LPO升高相一致。 Levels of serum TXB_2, 6k-PGF_(1α) and LPO were determined in 64 NIDDM patients with microangiopathy using RIA and fluorescence and compared with those of 30 healthy controls. In patient group, elevation of serum TXB_2, LPO levels and the ratio of TXB_2 to 6kPGF_(1α) was found and the 6k-PGF_(1α) levels lowered.These changes are more remarkeble in patients with microangiopathy than in those without. In the microangiopathy group, the LPO levels are positively related to those of TXB_2 and negatively to those of ek-PGF_(1α). The increase in ratio of TXB_2 to 6KPGF_(1α) coincides with the abnormality of lipid and glucose metabolism and elevation of serum LPO.
