On the Internationalizing Change and National Characteristics of China's Higher Juristic Education

在综合考察中国高等法学教育国际化、民族性的基本方面和利弊得失等因素的基础上,揭示法学教育国际化与民族性之间保持适度紧张的规律及其根据,依此说明,中国高等法学教育应在保持本我特色和优势的前提下,积极、稳妥地参与国际化运转。并简要探讨保持高等法学教育国际化与民族性适度紧张的途径。

Based on the comprehensive observation of the fundamental aspects of China's higher juristic education' s internationalization and nationality,the article has disclosed the rule and the reason of how to keep a balance between the higher juristic education's internationalization and its nationalization,and from which,it can be concluded that Chi- na should actively take part in the internationalizing function of higher juristic education on condition that it keeps its own traits and merits.Finally,the paper has also tried to come up with pieces of propels of how to keep the balance.
