加入 WTO 后,我国检察机关应与时俱进,重塑司法信用理念;在刑事司法中锐意进取、积极有为;坚持对国企职务犯罪进行预防,使国企以正常状态参与市场的公平竞争;调整民行司法工作的重心,从民行监督转向民行起诉和支持起诉。

The procuratorial organization should catch up with the tide and re-forge its reliable public image in its judicial work with China's entry into the WTO.It should play a positive and persistent role in criminal justice and carry out its responsibility in preventing the crime by taking advantage of duty in the state-owned enterprises in the intention that every state-owned enterprise encounter with the fair competition in its own right.It should readjust its judicial focus from the civil actions onto prosecution for civil cases and civil supports.
