First introduces VoIP basic component, namely, Gateway and gatekeeper conceop and use. Then narrates the voice basic principle in IP network transmission, the transformation and transmission process between voice and data, data and IP package. Based on H.323 standard agreement, narrates H.248, H.225, H.245 correspondence agreement and G.729, G.231, G.711 voice codes agreement. Finally has an elaboration to VoIP voice QoS.
