Today, with the knowledge economy fast developing, the innovative economy taking new (technology) innovation and managerial innovation as its features more and more show the leading role, and innovative labour has progressively become main force creating human weath. The author analyzed the (inevitable) changing trend from traditional simple labour to innovative labour under innovative economy and dissected the innovative scope and function of enterprise and its imporant influence on enterprise's life and devlopment.
