摘要
微波功率放大器是移动通信系统中的关键器件.该文介绍用小信号法设计小灵通直放站高线性功率放大器的方法和过程,并给出一种简单有效的功率放大器偏置保护电路.应用CAD软件对电路进行仿真和优化,最后完成电路制作并给出了结果.测试结果为增益12dB,输出功率30dBm,三阶交调45dBc.
A highly linear power amplifier used in repeater of PHS is analyzed and designed using the small signal method. A simple and effective bias circuit for the power amplifier is proposed. Simulation and optimization of the circuit by means of a microwave CAD software are presented, giving a circuit with a 12 dB gain, 30 dBm output power, and the third-order inter-modulation of 45 dBc.
