摘要
该文介绍了一种串口的内部结构及其模块化实现,并结合具体工作方式给出了仿真结果,在文章的最后讨论了可综合的编程风格和在设计中遇到的问题及其解决方法.该文设计的串口IP已经结合其它IP做成了一个SOC系统,并成功地通过了FPGA的测试.
As a final form of embedded system, system-on-chip (SOC) is realized by using processor IP and peripheral IP. It is an urgent task to design the IP core to meet the needs of SOC. As an important peripheral module, the functional realizablity and reusability of the UART IP core should be taken into consideration.
