摘要
在基于多Agent集成的敏捷化供应链系统(MASCM)中,体系结构和组织控制是实现以MRPII/ERP为载体的多Agent有效协作的重要前提.该文以上海大众桑塔纳轿车零部件供应链为应用背景,从该供应链的层次体系和协同供应任务的层次结构出发,设计出了相关的组织模型和动态层次控制模型.实践证明,应用该技术可以有效地指导MASCM原型系统的开发,其方法和成果具有普遍意义.
In the area of integrated agile supply chain system based on multiple agents (MASCM), the architecture and organization control are an important prerequisite to ensure effective cooperation between multiple agents which are carried out by MRPII/ERP. With the part supply chain of SVW Santana as an application example, organization and dynamic control models are designed according to the hierarchical system of the supply chain and cooperative supply tasks. It has been shown that MASCM prototype can be developed using this technique, and the method is generally applicable.
