荧光偏振免疫分析技术在临床治疗药物监测/滥用药物检测的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨荧光偏振免疫分析技术在临床治疗药物监测/滥用药物检测的应用效果。方法:应用荧光偏振免疫分析法和高效液相色谱法同时对临床服用苯妥英钠的患者血清标本12份,服用卡马西平的患者血清标本10份,海洛因吸毒患者血清标本14份,进行相应的治疗药物/滥用药物(毒品)浓度检测。结果:应用荧光偏振免疫分析法与高效液相色谱法进行血药浓度检测,呈正相关,r值分别0.9016,0.8937,0.9312,P值分别为<0.0005,<0.0005,<0.0005。结论:荧光偏振免疫分析法,具有重复性好,灵敏度和特异性接近高效液相色谱法分析水平,可实现快速全自动化等特点,是检测临床治疗药物/滥用药物血浓度的一种快速实用可靠的免疫学分析方法。 Objective:To investigate the effect of application of fluorescence polarizat ion immunoassay(FPIA) to monitoring therapeutic and abused drugs. Methods:In this study the correlation was preformed by HPLC and FPIA. In the serum samples 12 cases had taken therapeutic medicine carbmazepine,10 phenytoin,14 cases ha d taken abused drug-heroin,using the correlation method by TDM and DOA assays. Results:FPIA has shown the good correlation with HPLC. r 1 =0.9016,r 2 =0.8937,r 3 =0.9312; P 1 <0.0005,P 2 <0.0005,P 3 <0.0005. Conclusions:FPIA is a reliable application of immunoassay technolo gy which is fully automated and rapid. FPIA is precise and sensitive and its sp ecificity approaches HPLC.
