老年伤害住院病人转归的影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting Outcomes among the Elderly Injury In-patients

目的 了解老年伤害住院病人转轨结局的特征和影响因素。方法 采用描述性统计方法以及多项有序反应变量的Logistic逐步回归分析。结果 老年伤害住院病人的治愈率为 4 6 .9% ,病死率为 9.3% ,其转归随病人的病情而变化 ( χ2 =16 6 .5 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ;多项有序分类反应变量的Logistic回归分析显示 ,对转归有利的因素为“抢救成功次数”、“手术”、“住院天数” ,不利的因素为“抢救次数”。

Objective To study the features and influencing factors of outcomes among the elderly injury in patients. Methods Descriptive statistical method and a multi ordinal categories Logistic regression model were employed. Results Among the old injury inpatients, 46.9% were cured, 9.3% were dead, and the outcomes varied with the victims′ age ( χ 2=166.52, P <0.01). The results of Logistic regression indicated that the beneficial factors for the outcomes were 'succeed in rescue', 'surgical' and 'length of stay (LOS)', and the adverse factor was 'number of rescue'. Conclusion The comprehensive medical service quality should be advanced in order to promote the outcomes of old injury in patients.
